Resolved an issue that caused the Mistline talent to sometimes not properly heal the lowest health target.

Conduit of the Celestials: Celestial Conduit healing increased by 35% in PvP combat. Conduit of the Celestials: Strength of the Black Ox absorb increased by 25% in PvP combat.

Invigorating Mists healing increased by 15%. Enveloping Mist healing increased by 15%. Does not apply in PvP combat.

Healing Sphere (PvP Talent) now allows maximum of 5 Healing Spheres to be active at a time (was 3). Healing Sphere (PvP Talent) healing increased by 100%.

All healing increased by 5%. Does not apply to PvP combat. Vivify healing increased by 15%. Does not apply to PvP combat. Sheilun’s Gift healing increased by 15%. Does not apply to PvP combat.

All healing done increased by 5%. The Venomous Abyss 4-piece set bonus chance to activate has been increased to 25% (was 20%).

Fixed an issue where Soothing Mist could rarely cause the incorrect aura to be canceled.

New Talent: Vital Expenditure – Soothing Mist's healing is increased by 300%, but its mana cost is increased by 200%. Choice node with Dancing Mists. Dance of the Wind has been updated – Your physical damage taken is reduced by 10% and an additional 10% every 4 seconds until you receive a physical attack, stacking up to 4. All healing reduced by 3%. Mastery: Gust of Mist healing increased by 50%. Spinning Crane Kick damage decreased by 7%. Way of the Crane now transfers 280% of damage done (was 340%). Jadefire Teachings now increases Ancient Teaching's transfer amount by 320% (was 270%). Morning Breeze effectiveness reduced by 60%. Fixed an issue that caused Temple Training’s Spinning Crane Kick damage increase to apply to Mistweaver.

Vital Expenditure now increases Soothing Mist's healing by 100% (was 300%) and increases its mana cost by 33% (was 200%) in PvP combat.

Way of the Crane now transfers 100% of Spinning Crane Kick’s damage into healing in PvP Combat (was 340%).

All healing reduced by 5%. Sheilun's Gift's healing is increased by 5% per cloud consumed (was 10%). Spiritfont now reduces Enveloping Mist cast time by 50%. Way of the Serpent no longer causes Soothing Mist and Crackling Jade Lightning to be cast while moving. This is now default behavior. Emperor’s Elixir’s tooltip has been adjusted to better reflect its effect. Inner Compass now rotates its stances on an 8 second timer. Harmonic Surge has been redesigned – Casting Thunder Focus Tea grants 2 charges of Potential Energy. Your next cast of Tiger Palm or Vivify consumes all charges of Potential Energy to cause a Harmonic Surge. Harmonic Surge: For each charge of Potential Energy, deal Nature damage to your target and nearby enemies, and heal up to 5 allies. Damage and healing increased per stack of Potential Energy consumed. Potential Energy has been redesigned – Casting Rising Sun Kick or Rushing Wind Kick grants a charge of Potential Energy. Coalescence’s tooltip has been adjusted for clarity, and it now applies its own distinct periodic healing and damage effect. Several tooltips have been updated to clarify that they interact with both Celestial Brew and Celestial Infusion.

Mana Tea now restores 50% less mana in PvP combat. Life Cocoon's absorb amount reduced by 25% in PvP combat. Chrysalis reduces the cooldown of Life Cocoon by 30 seconds in PvP combat (was 45 seconds). Zen Spheres can now be applied by Rising Sun Kick and Rushing Wind Kick.

Sheilun's Gift healing increased by 50%. Clouds now increase its effectiveness by 33% (was 50%). Mistline now increases healing done by 500% (was 100%). Thunder Focus Tea cooldown reduced to 30 seconds (was 45 seconds). Mana Tea is now 20% more effective. Jadefire Teachings now increases Ancient Teachings by 260% (was 180%). Way of the Crane now transfers 160% of damage done (was 120%). Amplified Rush now increases Gust of Mist healing from Renewing Mist by 100% (was 50%). Way of the Serpent now reduces movement speed by 20% (was 40%).

Enveloping Mist's healing is no longer increased by 50% in PvP combat.
